If the pad gets soiled, disconnect it from the alarm for cleaning. Spray the pad or use a wipe to rub down the entire pad and allow the pad to completely air dry. Please note that by definition, the pad is extremely sensitive to even a single drop of liquid (as you would want it to be!) so ensure the pad is completely dry before placing it in use again.
